SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. We normally complete orders within 48 hours, but this can take longer during holiday and sale season since we are a small team. We greatly appreciate your patience.
We stock in Amsterdam, and ship all orders with DHL Express.

Home delivery — €14.95, free from €275
Amsterdam store pick-up — FREE
EU — DHL Express
Home delivery (2-3 business days) — €34.95, free from €600
United Kingdom — DHL Express
Home delivery (3-5 business days) — €34.95, free from €800
We ship to the UK on orders from £140 (about €160), because of UK import rules for orders of £135 or less.
Switzerland, Norway, US & Canada — DHL Express
Home delivery (3-5 business days) — €44.95, free from €800
Rest of the world — DHL Express

CARMEN is not responsible for loss, damages or delays after shipping your order. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. All orders are shipped with signature required.
IMPORT DUTIES
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, even if the order is returned. Please make sure you are aware of your local rules and regulations before completing your order. Kindly note that these charges are based on the declared value of the entire shipment at the time of importation.
ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU?
Our prices are shown without Dutch VAT. Your local import VAT, duties and DHL's handling fee are charged by DHL on delivery. Please check your country's rules before ordering, so there are no surprises when your parcel arrives.

TRACKING
Once your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt with your order details, and a separate email will follow with tracking info. Please allow up to 24H for your tracking link to become active.
